CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER’S REPORT Felicia Msiza, Chief Executive Officer

Felicia Msiza, Chief Executive Officer

"The Raubex Group continued to report solid results this financial year, amidst local and global uncertainty, a testament to our innate strength and focus."

I am proud to present this year’s report to shareholders, reflecting on our achievements during the financial year, not only in terms of our economic performance but also regarding our sustainability efforts.

Despite ongoing geopolitical tensions across the globe, and the many local challenges we are all so familiar with, Raubex prevailed to deliver another robust set of results for the year ended 28 February 2025. This was cemented by a strong balance sheet, a healthy cash balance throughout the year as well as a robust order book that increased by 10.3% to R28.18 billion (2024: R25.55 billion).

CHAIRMAN’S STATEMENT Rudolf Fourie, Chairman

"Once again, Raubex has delivered a remarkable performance this year, a true testament to the Group’s unwavering resilience and its capacity to prosper while enduring a myriad of challenges. This enduring spirit of determination is clearly demonstrated in the Group’s solid financial results. I would like to extend my heartfelt congratulations to the Raubex team for achieving yet another satisfactory outcome despite the persistent pressures of a demanding socioeconomic landscape."
